Spectrum Contractors Ltd was formed as a partnership in 1987 and subsequently become a limited company in 2002
S.C.L is a small business operating in the building and decorating market with an annual turnover of approx £1,000,000 at present.
Whilst providing maintenance and refurbishment expertise we also specialize in all aspects of interior decorating both in the residential and commercial market place.
Spectrum operates from a small Industrial Unit based on the Medway City Estate in Rochester which is ideally located for work within Kent, Greater London, Central London and the South East of England.
The directors of Spectrum have gained valuable knowledge of all aspects of Building and decorating over the last 20 years by firstly being hands on tradesmen in their own right and secondly having an understanding of what is required from our customers by dealing with them on a one to one basis at all times ensuring that the quality expected from the client is delivered.
The Directors of the Company Kevin Church and Neil Palmer have worked directly in all aspects of the services that they offer today and so have a thorough understanding of what their clients require.
Many clients are looking for certain things. Firstly advice and assurance. We expect to deal with the client on a one to one basis from the first enquiry to the completion of the work. By doing this we gain the trust of the client in the first stage by them understanding that we know we are doing right through to the completion of projects.
Once that trust has been gained the working relationship has a good opportunity to prosper and grow resulting in additional work and larger projects.
